Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Standard Deliveries

  • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any fees.

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the delivery cost.

  • If the courier has already been dispatched or has arrived at the pickup location, the full delivery fee will be charged.

Same-Day or Rush Deliveries

  • Cancellations for same-day or rush deliveries are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and dispatched.

  • If cancellation is requested before dispatch, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

2. Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The delivery was not completed due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong delivery, missed pickup).

  • The item was damaged in transit due to negligence by Javelin FSD LLC.

  • The service was paid for but canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the client.

  • Recipient unavailable at the delivery location.

  • Items prohibited under our Terms and Conditions.

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
