Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
Standard Deliveries
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any fees.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the delivery cost.
If the courier has already been dispatched or has arrived at the pickup location, the full delivery fee will be charged.
Same-Day or Rush Deliveries
Cancellations for same-day or rush deliveries are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and dispatched.
If cancellation is requested before dispatch, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
2. Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
The delivery was not completed due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong delivery, missed pickup).
The item was damaged in transit due to negligence by Javelin FSD LLC.
The service was paid for but canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Non-Refundable Situations
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the client.
Recipient unavailable at the delivery location.
Items prohibited under our Terms and Conditions.
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
